摘  要:目的:分析急诊TTE联合多层螺旋CT在主动脉夹层诊断中的应用价值。方法:选取我院急诊主动脉夹层患者55例(2016年1月至2019年5月),患者均进行TTE检查与多层螺旋CT检查,观察患者检查结果。结果:联合诊断检出53例,准确率96.36%,TTE检查检出42例,准确率76.36%,P<0.05,多层螺旋CT检查检出46例,准确率83.64%,与联合诊断对比,P<0.05,联合诊断破裂口检出率53例,检出率96.36%,高于单纯TTE检查与单纯多层螺旋CT检查,P<0.05,联合诊断心包积液检出19例,检出率100.00%,血栓检出24例,检出率96.00%,高于单纯TTE检查,P<0.05。结论:在急诊主动脉夹层诊断中应用TTE联合多层螺旋CT诊断,能提高诊断准确率,对患者进行快速准确的定位、定性诊断,值得借鉴。Objective:To analyze the value of emergency TTE combined with multi-slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of aortic dissection.Methods:55 patients with emergency aortic dissection in our hospital were selected(January 2016 to May 2019). All patients underwent TTE and multi-slice spiral CT. The results of the patients were observed.Results:53 cases were detected by combined diagnosis, the accuracy rate was 96.36%, 42 cases were detected by TTE, the accuracy rate was 76.36%, P<0.05, 46 cases were detected by multi-slice spiral CT, the accuracy rate was 83.64%, compared with the joint diagnosis. P<0.05, the detection rate of combined diagnosis of rupture was 53 cases, the detection rate was 96.36%, which was higher than that of simple TTE and simple multi-slice spiral CT, P<0.05.19 cases were detected by combined diagnosis of pericardial effusion. 100.00%, 24 cases of thrombosis were detected, the detection rate was 96.00%, which was higher than that of TTE alone, P<0.05.Conclusion:The application of TTE combined with multi-slice spiral CT diagnosis in the diagnosis of emergency aortic dissection can improve the diagnostic accuracy and quickly and accurately locate and qualitatively diagnose patients. It is worth learning.
