摘　　要：随着信息化技术的不断提升,各企事业单的数字化、网络化、智能化建设进入了飞速发展的阶段,智能化数字信息系统即将替代传统模拟系统。智能化指挥调度系统建设是企事业单位及政府机关生产调度、应急防灾、抢险搜救及治安防范等综合性应急指挥调度平台的必然发展趋势。随着技术不断发展成熟,音频、视频和信息等技术的迅速崛起,在视频会议、综合监控及应急指挥调度系统中形成了相互融合、共同发展的趋势,智能化指挥调度系统为各单位带来了便捷的指挥调度操作环境,指挥调度系统是信息化建设必不可少的基础设施。本文主要介绍全联接智能化融合指挥调度系统的组成及各模块所实现的功能。With the continuous improvement of information technology,the digital,networkand and intelligent construction of enterprises have been facing the stage of rapid development,intelligent digital information system is about to replace the traditional analog system.The construction of intelligent command and dispatch system is the inevitable development trend of comprehensive emergency command and dispatch ingout platform such as production dispatch,emergency disaster prevention,rescue and rescue and public security prevention of enterprises and institutions and government agencies.With the continuous development and maturity of technology,audio,video and information technology rapid rise,in video conferencing,integrated monitoring and emergency command and dispatch system to form a trend of mutual integration and common development,intelligent command and dispatch system for all units to bring a convenient command and dispatch operation environment,Command and dispatch system is an essential infrastructure for information construction.This paper mainly introduces the composition of the full-connection intelligent fusion command and dispatch system and the functions realized by each module.
