摘 要:TIADC是一种基于交织采样技术,被广泛应用于数字接收机的高采样率ADC,但是因TIADC各通道间失配因素的影响,严重降低了ADC的性能。本次研究基于EV10AQ190(TIADC)的某型数字接收机,为了提升接收机的性能,依据ADC采集数据的统计特性和因误差导致的杂散谱幅度特性,提出了一种校准参数快速提取的算法,并将其软件化。经实物校准,在输入为250 MHz的正弦波时,接收机的SNR由60.12 dB提高到71.09 dB,SFDR(排除谐波影响)由23.24 dB提升到44.45 dB,ENOB由9.76 bit提升到11.34 bit,大幅提升了接收机性能。在此基础上创新性的研究了输入为带宽信号时校准参数的提取,在输入为带宽2 GHz的信号时,方法的有效性同样得到验证。Time-interleaved ADC is a kind of high speed ADC widely used in digital receiver. It’s based on time-interleaved technology. However, the mismatches between the ADC’s channels deteriorate the performance of this adc. To improve the EV10 AQ190(TIADC) based receiver’s performance. A new fast algorithm of how to acquire calibration parameters according to data’s statistic characteristics and amplitude characteristics of stray spectrum is presented. Meanwhile, we combine this calibration technology into software. Through calibration, when input signal is 250 MHz sine wave, the receiver’s SNR increases from 60.12 dB to 71.09 dB, SFDR increases from 23.24 dB to 44.45 dB, ENOB increases from 9.76 bit to 11.34 bit. Therefore, the performance of this receiver has been greatly improved. In addition, we innovatively research how to acqure calibration parameters in the situation of wideband signal. When inputting 2 GHz-bandwith signal, we also verify the validity of the algorithms.
