摘　　要：为了实现上位机对数显千分表数据的采集,方便后序工作对采集到的数据进行进一步的分析处理。提出了一种基于IRC15W207S单片机的数显千分表数据采集系统,该系统采用中断控制的串行通讯方式,可以通过上位机向单片机发送相应的指令,来控制对数显千分表数据的连续或单步采集。对该系统的硬件电路及软件电路设计进行了详细分析,并且给出了主要硬件电路的原理图以及软件设计的流程图。测试表明,该系统运行稳定,可靠,能够达到对数显千分表数据快速准确采集的要求。In order to realize the collection of the digital dial indicator data of the upper computer, it is convenient for the subsequent work to further analyze and process the collected data. A digital dial indicator data acquisition system based on IRC15 W207 S single-chip microcomputer is proposed. The system adopts serial communication mode of interrupt control, which can send corresponding commands to the single-chip microcomputer through the host computer to control continuous or single-step acquisition of digital dial indicator data. The hardware circuit and software circuit design of the system are analyzed in detail, and the schematic diagram of the main hardware circuit and the flow chart of the software design are given. Tests show that the system is stable and reliable, and can meet the requirements of fast and accurate collection of digital dial indicator data.
