复方半边莲雾化剂对Hela,HepG2,KYSE150三种细胞抑制作用研究

摘  要:目的:对比单方半边莲药材与复方半边莲药材制成的雾化液分别对Hela,HepG2,KYSE150三种癌细胞模型的生长抑制情况。方法:采用MTT比色法对三种癌细胞的生长抑制情况进行对比。内质网染色初步探究复方制剂的药理学影响结果:以半边莲,半枝莲,白花蛇舌草等比制成的稠膏为料,进一步制得复方半边莲雾化剂,同法得到单方雾化液,用MTT法检测其分别对三种细胞培养72h内三个时间点的抑制作用,以荧光染料Dapoxyl及对HepG2细胞内质网的染色。结:论复方雾化剂的瘤细胞抑制效果更佳,HepG2细胞的内质网信号与剂量正相关。Objective:Research of Lobelia's atomized liquid andCompound Lobelia's atomized liquid,compare their inhibition rates of Hela,HepG2,KYSE150 cells.MethodsMTTcolorimetry was used to compare the growth of three types of cancer cells.Endoplasmic reticulum staining to explore the pharmacological effect of the compound preparation.Results:Making the dosage forms of Compound Lobelia.Use the thick paste made from equal parts Lobelia,Sculellariabarbata,Hedyotisdiffusa as the raw material.GetLobelia's atomized liquidin the same way.The detection of MTT in two dosage,were three kinds of cells(Hela,HepG2,KYSE150)cultured for 24,4872h.Staining of endoplasmic reticulum in HepG2 cells with dapoxyl fluorescent dye.Conclusion:The effect of compound atomized liquid on tumor cells is better,The ER signal of HepG2 cells was positively correlated with the dose.
