农用节水滴灌管材专用树脂PE-LP2306的开发与应用

摘　　要：以天津石化聚乙烯装置生产的综合性能优异的LLDPE树脂用DGH-1875为基料,通过添加PPA助剂解决材料粘度大、挤出产品表观质量差的问题,成功开发了滴灌管材专用树脂PE-LP2306。用户试验结果表明,产品各项技术指标合格,完全能够满足用户滴灌管、带类产品特性要求。Taking LLDPE resin DGH-1875 with excellent comprehensive properties produced by Tianjin Petrochemical Polyethylene Plant as the base material,the problems of high viscosity of the material and poor apparent quality of the extruded product were solved by adding PPA.We successfully develop the special resin PE-LP2306 for drip irrigation pipes.The user test results show that the technical specifications of the product are qualified and can fully meet the user's requirements for drip irrigation pipes and belt products.
