摘  要:为了提高钛石膏的利用价值,采用盐酸溶解钛石膏,以溶解-重结晶的方式得到净化石膏。采用单因素法考察盐酸浓度、反应温度、固液比对钛石膏中二水硫酸钙溶解度的影响,以及乙醇用量和滤液循环次数对产品析出率和产品质量的影响。实验结果表明在盐酸浓度为10%、温度为80℃、固液比为1∶10的条件下,钛石膏中二硫酸钙溶解度最大为0.295mol/L,乙醇/滤液体积比为3∶1时,析出率可达88.2%。In order to increase the utilization value of titanium gypsum,hydrochloric acid is used to dissolve titanium gypsum,and purified gypsum is obtained by dissolution-recrystallization.The single factor method was used to investigate the effects of hydrochloric acid concentration,reaction temperature,and solid-liquid ratio on the solubility of calcium sulfate dihydrate in titanium gypsum,and the effects of ethanol consumption and the number of filtrate cycles on product precipitation rate and product quality.The experimental results show that under the conditions of hydrochloric acid concentration of 10%by weight,temperature of 80℃,and solid-liquid ratio of 1∶10,the maximum solubility of calcium disulfate in titanium gypsum is 0.295mol/L,and the volume ratio of ethanol/filtrate is 3∶1 The precipitation rate can reach 88.2%.
