摘　　要：根据高黏度聚酯切片的特点,通过对新型HMLS涤纶工业长丝中螺杆挤压机、纺丝箱体、环吹风装置、上油装置、卷绕机等纺丝设备进行优化设计,合理分配熔体压力降和停留时间,从设备角度以达到新一代HMLS涤纶工业丝的高强力、耐热性、尺寸稳定性等工艺要求。In line with the characteristics of high-viscosity polyester chips,the paper carried out an optimization design in the equipment of the new HMLS polyester industrial filament,including screw extruder,spinning manifold,circular air blow unit,lubricating device,and winding machine.Through the reasonable distribution of melt pressure loss and residence time,to meet the high-strength,heat resistance,dimensional stability and other process requirements of the new generation of HMLS polyester industrial yarns from the equipment point of view.
