摘  要:文章探讨了再生纤维素强捻轻薄织物的织造技术要点,分析了织物的风格实现及其对织造生产难度的影响,针对其在织造过程中易出现的断疵、横档及经纬纱断头停车等问题,预判关键技术难点;在实际生产时合理调节上机张力、开口工艺、引纬工艺等参数,减少疵点的产生,使织机效率达到正常水平,顺利开发出具有干爽“沙”感的再生纤维素强捻轻薄绉布。The paper discusses the main weaving technology of hard-twist and light regenerated cellulose fabric,and analyzes its style characteristics and related weaving difficulties.In view of the problems such as fabric broken defects,filling bar and stop with broken ends of the warp and weft yarn,the key technical difficulties were predicted to reasonably adjust the related production parameters,including loom tension,opening process and weft insertion process,reducing the occurrence of the defects,so that the loom efficiency can reach the normal level.And the hard-twist and light regenerated cellulose crepe with dry and sandy handle can be successfully developed.
