摘 要:在石油化工装置中,不论是工艺设备需求还是出于节能目的,变频器都在大量使用。变频器因电压暂降而造成设备停机或装置停车现象时有发生,这给企业造成很大经济损失。通过介绍电压暂降概念及其危害,结合电压暂降造成变频器停机的实例,分析变频器停机的原因--低电压。根据变频器的电压判据,提出为其直流母排增设直流电源支撑的解决方案。经改造后设备运行稳定,再未出现因电压暂降而停机的现象,是一种经济有效的解决方案,对该类工程有一定借鉴意义。In petrochemical plants, frequency converters are widely used for both process equipment requirements and energy saving purposes. Frequency converter causes equipment shutdown or device shutdown due to voltage sag, which causes great economic losses to enterprises. By introducing the concept of voltage sag and its harmfulness, combining with the example of frequency converter shutdown caused by voltage sag, the cause of frequency converter shutdown﹣low voltage is analysed. According to the voltage criterion of frequency converter, the solution of adding DC power supply support to its DC bus is put forward. After modification, the equipment runs steadily without any. shutdown phenomenon caused by voltage sag. It is an economical and effective solution, which can be used for reference in such projects.
