摘　　要：王力《汉语语法史》是汉语语法史领域最重要的专著,其中关于系词的观点对后来的系词研究有开创意义和启发作用。但是,限于当时的研究水平和研究条件,书中有关系词的性质、系词“是”的产生与成熟过程、“为”字的性质等观点需要修正。History of Chinese Grammar written by Wang Li is the most important monograph in the field of Chinese grammar.The viewpoint in the chapter of copula has a creative and enlightening effect on the later study of the copula.However,limited to the level and conditions of research at that time,some of the views of copula in the book need to be revised,for example,the nature of relative words,link verb“是”and the nature of“为”.This paper makes a comprehensive review of Wang Li′s work History of Chinese Grammar from two aspects:its advantages and shortages.
