摘  要:依据商场会员的消费特性、对大量数据进行分析,通过寻求会员与非会员全体的差异、会员与商品等之间的联系,推出可行的数学模型.完善会员画像描绘,并加强对现有会员的精细化管理,定期向其推送产品和服务,与会员建立稳定的关系是实体零售行业得以更好发展的有效途径.Based on the consumption characteristics of mall members,the paper is designed to analyze the mass data with a feasible mathematical model by working out the differences between membership and non-membership,members′link with commodities and so on.Thus,a better way to promote the retailer industry will be realized if such measures as the perfection of portraits of members,the strengthening of management to the exiting members,the regularization of new products and services and the stabilization of relationships between retailers and regular members being met.
