油气长输管道建设施工安全风险识别及应对措施

摘　　要：油气长输管道作为油气资源的主要运输方式,本身具有独特的优越性,而长输管道建设项目施工过程与一般工程建设相比,还具有施工区域地质地形复杂、地区偏远社会依托性差的特点,进而导致建设施工过程危险因素及安全风险较多。论文依托西气东输潜江至韶关段建设项目,采用专家、问卷调查的方法对油气长输管道施工过程中安全风险进行识别并对风险因素归类,依据风险识别结果给出对应措施,对油气长输管道工程的安全建设具有重要意义。As the main transportation mode of oil and gas resources,the long-distance oil and gas pipeline has its own unique advantages.Compared with general engineering construction,the long-distance pipeline construction project has the characteristics of complex geological terrain and poor social dependence in remote areas.As a result,there are more dangerous factors and safety risks in the construction process.Based on the construction project of Qianjiang-Shaoguan section of the west east gas transmission project,this paper uses the methods of experts and questionnaires to identify the safety risks in the construction process of the long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline and classify the risk factors.According to the risk identification results,corresponding measures are given,which is of great significance to the safety construction of the long-distance oil and gas transmission pipeline project.
