摘　　要：目的:探讨高流量湿化氧疗仪在老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者中的应用及对运动耐力的影响.方法:选取2018年9月-2019年9月入住笔者所在医院的老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者70例,按治疗方式分为两组,每组35例.对照组予以低流量吸氧进行治疗,研究组予以高流量湿化氧疗进行治疗.比较两组治疗有效率、肺功能变化、运动耐力变化、心理状态变化及生存质量变化情况.结果:研究组治疗有效率优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组FEV1、FVC、FEV1/FVC水平均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组步行后的呼吸及心率变化情况优于对照组(P<0.05).结论:在治疗老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者的过程中,予以高流量湿化氧疗治疗,效果显著,可在临床上进一步推广与应用.Objective:To investigate the application of high-flow humidification oxygen therapy instrument in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its effect on exercise tolerance.Method:A total of 70 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from September 2018 to September 2019 were enrolled in the study.They were divided into two groups according to the treatment,35 patients in each group.The control group was treated with low-flow oxygen inhalation.High flow humidification oxygen therapy was used in the study group.Compared the treatment efficiency,lung function changes,exercise tolerance,mental state changes and quality of life changes between the two groups.Result:The treatment efficiency of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the FEV1,FVC,FEV1/FVC levels in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the breathed after walking,heart rate in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,high flow humidification oxygen therapy is effective,which can be further promoted and applied in clinical practice.
