摘　　要：目的:研究中药酊剂联合施罗特疗法治疗青少年特发性脊柱侧弯效果.方法:选取2018年1月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患儿120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,各60例.对照组接受施罗特疗法,3次/周,疗程为3个月;试验组在对照组基础上联合中药酊剂治疗.分别于治疗前及治疗后3、6个月拍摄X线片测量两组Cobb角,采用视觉模拟评分法(VAS)及选择性功能动作评估法(SFMA)评定两组疼痛程度及运动功能,并对比两组肺活量(VC).结果:治疗前两组Cobb角、VAS评分、SFMA评分、VC水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后3、6个月,试验组Cobb角、VAS评分、SFMA评分、VC水平均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对青少年特发性脊柱侧弯患儿实施中药酊剂联合施罗特疗法具有较高的临床价值.Objective:To study the effect of Chinese medicine tincture combined with Schrott therapy on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis.Method:A total of 120 children with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 60 cases in each group.The control group received Schrott therapy,3 times/week,and the course of treatment was 3 months.The experimental group received Chinese medicine tincture on the basis of the control group.Before and 3 and 6 months after treatment,X-ray films were taken to measure the Cobb angle of the two groups,and the visual analogue scale(VAS)and selective functional movement assessment(SFMA)were used to evaluate the pain degree and motor function of the two groups,and the vital capacity(VC)of the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,Cobb angles,VAS scores,SFMA scores and VC levels were compared between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).And 3 and 6 months after treatment,Cobb angles,VAS scores,SFMA scores and VC levels in the experimental group were better than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine tincture combined with Schrott therapy in patients with adolescent idiopathic scoliosis has higher clinical value.
