摘 要:目的:探讨持续呼吸道正压通气(CPAP)在新生儿呼吸系统疾病应用效果及血氧情况.方法:选择2017年1月-2019年10月本院收治新生儿呼吸系统疾病患儿82例,患儿均采用常规治疗,并使用持续呼吸道正压通气治疗,对本组患儿治疗前后的应用效果及血氧进行比较.结果:本组患儿显效52例(63.41%),临床总有效率95.12%;本组患者治疗后氧分压(72.47±8.38)mm Hg、血氧饱和度(88.39±8.14)%,明显比治疗前的(48.18±7.24)mm Hg、(75.15±6.30)% 高,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);治疗后二氧化碳分压(40.65±4.87)mm Hg比治疗前的(48.43±5.13)mm Hg低,差异有统计意义(P<0.05);本组患儿住院时间和住院费用分别为(11.39±2.51)d、(6534.37±332.44)元.结论:持续呼吸道正压通气治疗新生儿呼吸系统疾病患儿,能改善患儿血气指标,且住院时间短,住院费用少,还能有效提升其临床疗效,临床上值得推广使用.Objective:To analyze the effect of continuous positive airway pressure(CPAP)on neonatal respiratory diseases and blood oxygenation.Method:Eighty-two children with neonatal respiratory diseases were enrolled in our hospital from January 2017 to October 2019.All children were treated with routine respiratory therapy and continuous positive airway pressure.Compared the effects and blood oxygenation of children before and after treatment were applied.Result:A total of 52 children(63.41%)were effective in this group,and the total clinical effective rate was 95.12%.The oxygen partial pressure(72.47±8.38)mm Hg and oxygen saturation(88.39±8.14)%of the children in this group were significantly higher than(48.18±7.24)mm Hg,(75.15±6.30)%before treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The partial pressure of carbon dioxide of(40.65±4.87)mm Hg was lower than(48.43±5.13)mm Hg before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The hospitalization time and hospitalization cost of this group were(11.39±2.51)d,(6534.37±332.44)Yuan,respectively.Conclusion:Continuous positive airway pressure ventilation for children with neonatal respiratory diseases can improve children's blood gas index,their hospital stay is short and hospitalization costs is less,and it can effectively improve their clinical efficacy,which is worthy of popularization.
