摘　　要：目的:分析以家庭为中心的心理护理对特发性性早熟患儿心理状态的影响.方法:选取2017年1月-2018年1月收治的64例特发性性早熟患儿,随机分成观察组与对照组,每组32例.对照组行常规护理,观察组实施以家庭为中心的心理护理,对两组护理效果进行比较.结果:观察组护理后社交退缩、抑郁、多动、违纪、残忍、攻击性、性问题、分裂样强迫、体诉评分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性为93.75%,显著高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对特发性性早熟患儿实施以家庭为中心的心理护理效果理想,可改善抑郁情绪、社交退缩等情况,提升治疗依从性,值得应用.Objective:To analyze the influence of family-centered psychological nursing on the psychological state of children with idiopathic central precocious puberty.Method:A total of 64 children with idiopathic central precocious puberty from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,32 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given family-centered psychological nursing,and the nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the scores of social withdrawal,depression,hyperactivity,disciplinary violation,cruelty,aggression,sexual problems,split-like compulsion and physical complaints in the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the observation group was 93.75%,which was higher than 75.00%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of family-centered psychological nursing for children with idiopathic central precocious puberty is ideal,which can improve depression,social withdrawal,and enhance treatment compliance,and is worthy of application.
