综合护理预防妇科腹腔镜手术头低脚高位引发眼球结膜水肿的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:研究综合护理对于妇科腹腔镜手术患者预防眼球结膜水肿的作用与效果.方法:选出笔者所在医院接受并治疗的84例妇科腹腔镜手术病例,纳入时间2017年3月-2019年10月,把常规性护理的42例作为A组,把综合护理的42例作为B组,观察比较两组效果.结果:在护理后,B组患者下肢麻木、眼球结膜水肿、肩部疼痛的总发生率对比A组患者更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组患者术中视野暴露情况对比A组患者,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论:综合护理对于防控妇科腹腔镜手术患者处于头低脚高位所引起的眼球结膜水肿效果颇为显著,建议临床推崇使用.Objective:To study the effect of comprehensive nursing on prevention of conjunctival edema of patients undergoing gynecological laparoscopic surgery.Method:Eighty-four cases of gynecological laparoscopic surgery received and treated in our hospital were selected.The time period included was from March 2017 to October 2019.Forty-two cases of routine care were used as group A.Forty-two patients of comprehensive nursing were treated as group B,and the results were compared between two groups.Result:After nursing,the total incidence of lower extremity numbness,conjunctival edema,and shoulder pain in group B was lower than those in group A with a significant difference(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between group A and group B with intraoperative visual field exposure of patients(P>0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing is quite effective in preventing and controlling ocular edema caused by gynecological laparoscopic surgery in patients with low head and high foot position.It is recommended to be used clinically.
