髌骨针钛缆内固定与髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果比较

摘　　要：目的:对比髌骨针钛缆内固定与髌骨爪内固定治疗髌骨骨折的临床效果.方法:选取2017年1月-2019年7月在东莞市企石医院确诊为髌骨骨折,并行手术治疗的78例患者,将其随机分为两组,每组39例.对照组给予髌骨爪内固定治疗,观察组给予髌骨针钛缆内固定治疗.比较两组手术指标及治疗优良率.结果:观察组术中出血量、骨折愈合时间及伤口愈合时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).观察组治疗优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:在髌骨骨折治疗中,髌骨针钛缆内固定的治疗效果明显优于髌骨爪内固定,是一种损伤小、康复快的治疗方法,治疗效果显著.Objective:To compare the clinical effect of internal fixation of patella needle and titanium cable and internal fixation of patella claw in the treatment of patella fracture.Method:A total of 78 patients with patella fracture diagnosed and treated with surgery in Dongguan Qishi Hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 39 cases in each group.The control group was treated with internal fixation of patella claw,while the observation group was treated with internal fixation of patella needle and titanium cable.The operation index and excellent rate of treatment of the two groups were compared.Result:The intraoperative blood loss,fracture healing time and wound healing time in the observation group were better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patella fracture,the clinical treatment effect of internal fixation of patella needle and titanium cable is significantly better than that of internal fixation of patella claw.It is a kind of treatment method with small injury and quick recovery,and the treatment effect is significant.
