电温针治疗风寒湿阻型膝骨性关节炎的临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的:分析电温针治疗风寒湿阻型膝骨性关节炎的临床效果.方法:纳入2016年12月-2019年1月笔者所在医院收治的72例风寒湿阻型膝骨性关节炎患者,以随机单双号分为两组,每组36例,对比组给予温针治疗,研究组给予温针联合电针治疗,对比分析临床疗效.结果:研究组治疗总有效率为91.67%(33/36),高于对比组的72.22%(26/36),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后15、30 d,研究组膝评分、关节评分均高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前两组生活质量评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组评分均高于治疗前,且研究组评分均高于对比组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对风寒湿阻型膝骨性关节炎患者,采取电温针治疗,临床中有效率较高,且能够更加显著改善患者膝关节功能,明显提高其生活质量,应用效果理想,价值较高,可将电温针治疗作为有效治疗手段在风寒湿阻型膝骨性关节炎患者中推广与使用.Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of electrothermal acupuncture on knee osteoarthritis of wind-cold dampness-resistance type.Method:A total of 72 patients with knee osteoarthritis of wind cold dampness resistance type from December 2016 to January 2019 were included.The subjects were divided into two groups according to random single and double numbers,36 cases in each group.The control group was treated by warm acupuncture,the study group was treated by warm acupuncture combined with electric acupuncture,and the clinical effect was compared and analyzed.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 91.67%(33/36),higher than 72.22%(26/36)in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 15,30 days after treatment,the scores of knee and joint in the study group were higher than those in the contrast group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),the scores of the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the study group were higher than those of the contrast group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with wind-cold dampness-resistant knee osteoarthritis,the electrothermal acupuncture treatment is more effective in clinic,and it can improve the function of knee joint more significantly,improve the quality of life obviously,the application effect is ideal and the value is high,it can be popularized and used in the patients with wind-cold dampness-resistant knee osteoarthritis.
