摘  要:目的分析Foley导管与一次性宫颈双球囊联合人工破膜+催产素用于足月妊娠促宫颈成熟并引产的安全性和有效性。方法选择单胎头位足月妊娠、符合引产指征的300名初产孕妇作为研究对象,将研究对象按比例分为三组,分别各100例产妇。A组产妇使用Feloy导管+人工破膜+缩宫素引产,B组产妇使用双球囊+人工破膜+缩宫素引产,C组产妇仅使用缩宫素引产,观察3组促宫颈成熟及引产效果、分娩情况以及对产妇、胎儿和新生儿的影响。结果三组引产方式的有效性比较排列顺序为B>A>C,三组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论使用双球囊+人工破膜+缩宫素引产与Feloy导管+人工破膜+缩宫素引产均可提高引产成功率,降低剖宫产率,相比之下,使用双球囊+人工破膜+缩宫素引产效果更好,值得临床推广。Objective To analyze the safety and efficacy of Foley catheter combined with disposable cervical double balloon combined with artificial rupture of membrane and oxytocin in full-term pregnancy to promote cervical maturation and induce labor.Methods A total of 300 first-term pregnant women who met the criteria for induction of labor were selected as the subjects.The group A used Feloy catheter+artificial rupture in+oxytocin induced labor.Group B used artificial rupture in double balloon+oxytocin induced labor.In group C,only oxytocin was used to induce labor.Observe three groups to promote cervical mature and the effect of induced labor,labor conditions and the impact on maternal and fetal and neonatal.Results The order of inducing labor was B>A>C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The comparison order of the effectiveness of labor induction in the three groups was B>A>C,and the difference among the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of artificial rupture in double balloon+oxytocin induced labor and Feloy catheter+artificial rupture in+oxytocin induced labor can improve the successful rate of induced labor and reduce cesarean section rate.By contrast,use double balloon+artificial rupture in+oxytocin induced labor operation effect is better,which is more worthy of clinical promotion.
