临床路径在头颈部肿瘤患者放疗护理中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：目的研究头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间的有效护理方法,希望为医护人员后期开展该疾病护理提供参考。方法于2016年1月~2018年12月开展本次研究,病例样本n=90,均分为研究组(临床路径)与对照组(常规护理),评估组间护理效果。结果患者对护理人员的满意度及症状评分,研究组患者优势显著(P<0.05)。结论头颈部肿瘤患者放疗期间护理应结合临床需求制定合理路径,采取临床路径护理利于改善患者心理健康水平,提高患者及家属护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To study the effective nursing methods of patients with head and neck tumors during radiotherapy,hoping to provide references for medical staff to carry out the nursing of this disease in the later period.Methods This study was conducted from January 2016 to December 2018,with case samples n=90,all of which were divided into study group(clinical pathway)and control group(routine nursing),and the nursing effect between groups was evaluated.Results The satisfaction degree and symptom score of patients to nurses were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The nursing of head and neck cancer patients during radiotherapy should be combined with clinical needs to develop a reasonable path,the use of clinical path nursing is conducive to improve the mental health of patients,improve the satisfaction of patients and their families,worthy of promotion.
