肿瘤患者使用止吐药物的合理性及疗效分析

摘　　要：目的探讨肿瘤患者使用止吐药物的合理性及疗效分析。方法选取我院200例患者使用止吐药物治疗,统计其医嘱情况,分析其使用止吐药物的合理性及疗效。结果 200例患者中用药合理者150例,占比75.00%(150/200);合理用药的患者中恶心呕吐的控制率较不合理用药患者有显著提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肿瘤患者使用止吐药物的合理性较高,且合理用药下能明显提升恶心呕吐控制率。Objective To investigate the rationality and curative effect of antiemetic drugs in tumor patients.Methods 200 patients in our hospital were treated with antiemetic drugs,the medical orders were counted,and the rationality and curative effect of antiemetic drugs were analyzed.Results 150 of the 200 patients were reasonable,accounting for 75.00%(150≤200),and the control rate of nausea and vomiting in the patients with reasonable drug use was significantly higher than that in the patients with unreasonable drug use(P<0.05),and the control rate of nausea and vomiting in the patients with reasonable drug use was significantly higher than that in the patients with unreasonable drug use(P<0.05).Conclusion It is reasonable to use antiemetic drugs in tumor patients,and reasonable use of antiemetic drugs can significantly improve the control of nausea and vomiting rate.
