摘 要:目的建立实用、准确、快速的游泳池水中尿素检测方法。方法利用闭管加热直读,改变加热方式、加热温度、试剂用量,提高吸光度值,增加检测的稳定性。结果改进后的方法检出限为0.032 mg/L,方法的标准曲线回归方程为y=0.3077x+0.0105,线性相关系数r=0.9997。分别测定高(3.00 mg/L)、中(1.00 mg/L)、低(0.20 mg/L)3个浓度的样品,进行6次测定,相对标准偏差分别为0.85%、2.72%、4.88%,回收率为105%。结论改进后的方法可用于游泳池水中尿素的测定,该法操作简单、快速、检出限低、回收率高、稳定性强、环境污染少,能满足实验室大批量尿素样品的测定,符合实验室检测要求,为今后实现现场直接测定提供了可能性。Objective To establish a practical,accurate and rapid method for detecting urea in swimming pool water.Methods By means of closed digestion and direct reading,the heating method,heating temperature and reagent dosage are changed to increase the absorbance value and increase the stability of detection.Results The detection limit of improved method was 0.032 mg/L.The standard curve regression equation of the method was y=0.3077x+0.0105 and the linear correlation coefficient(r)was 0.9997.The samples with high(3.00 mg/L),medium(1.00 mg/L)and low(0.20 mg/L)concentrations were measured and the relative standard deviations were respectively 0.85%,2.72%,and 4.88%.The recovery rate was 105%.Conclusion The improved method can be used for the determination of urea in swimming pool water.The method is simple,rapid,with low detection limit,high recovery rate,strong stability and less environmental pollution.It can meet the determination of large quantities of urea samples in the laboratory,comply with laboratory testing requirements to provide the possibility to achieve direct field measurements in the future.
