摘　　要：目的探讨2017年舟山地区流行性感冒的病毒学检测结果。方法选择2017年1月-12月本地区三甲医院门诊收治的疑似流感患者1785例,荧光PCR法检测病毒分型。结果甲型流感病毒阳性例数峰值月份在7月-8月,乙型流感病毒阳性例数峰值月份在12月份。流感就诊百分率和病毒分离率高峰基本吻合。甲型流感病毒在0岁~10岁年龄组中的阳性率(8.57%),低于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=75.87,P<0.01)。乙型流感病毒在0岁~10岁年龄组中的阳性率(63.93%),高于其他年龄组,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=772.34,P<0.01)。甲型流感病毒在男性和女性中的阳性率分别为28.79%、31.29%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.65,P<0.01)。结论7月、8月、12月份暴发季节的毒株变化值得关注。Objective To explore the virological test results of influenza in Zhoushan area in 2017.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,1785 cases of suspected influenza patients admitted to out-patient clinics in tertiary hospitals in this region were selected,and the virus typing was detected by fluorescent PCR.Results The number of influenza A virus positive cases peaked in July-August,and that of influenza B virus positive cases peaked in December.The peak percentage of influenza visits were basically coincided with the isolation rates of virus.The positive rate of influenza A virus in the age group of 0-10 years(8.57%)was lower than that of other age groups,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=75.87,P<0.01).The positive rate of influenza B virus in the age group of 0-10 years(63.93%)was higher than that of other age groups,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^2=772.34,P<0.01).The positive rates of influenza A virus in men and women were 28.79%and 31.29%,respectively,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^2=6.65,P<0.01).Conclusion Changes in the virus strains during the outbreak seasons in July,August,and December deserve attention.
