一期心脏康复运动治疗对心力衰竭患者预后的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析对心力衰竭患者实施一期心脏康复运动治疗对患者预后的影响。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年1月-2019年2月收治的92例心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将其分为对照组(n=46)和试验组(n=46)。试验组采用一期心脏康复运动治疗,对照组采用常规治疗。比较两组患者治疗效果、生活质量、治疗前后BNP水平、6 min步行距离。结果:试验组治疗总有效率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组生活质量评分优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者治疗后BNP、6 min步行距离均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对心力衰竭患者采用一期心脏康复运动治疗,可有效提高患者生活质量,治疗效果较好,且可改善患者BNP水平、6 min步行距离,值得临床大力推广。Objective:To analyze the effect of one-stage cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy on the prognosis of patients with heart failure.Method:Ninetytwo patients with heart failure admitted in our hospital from January 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=46)and the experimental group(n=46)by the random number table method.The experimental group was treated with one-stage cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy,while the control group was treated with routine therapy.Treatment effect,quality of life,BNP level and 6-minute walking distance before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was better than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,BNP and 6-minute walking distance in the experimental group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the one-stage cardiac rehabilitation exercise therapy for patients with heart failure,can effectively improve the quality of life of patients,the treatment effect is better,and can improve the level of BNP and 6-minute walking distance,worthy of clinical promotion.
