摘  要:目的:分析护理干预对接受输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗的肾结石患者肾功能的影响。方法:选取2018年1月-2019年5月于笔者所在医院接受输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗的肾结石患者100例,应用随机数字表法均分为对照组(常规护理)和试验组(护理干预)。比较两组干预前后肾功能指标水平及并发症发生率。结果:试验组干预后并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组干预后血尿素氮及肌酐水平均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对接受输尿管软镜钬激光碎石取石术治疗的肾结石患者行护理干预,可显著改善肾功能,减少并发症,值得在临床中大力推广应用。Objective:To analyze the influence of nursing intervention on renal function in patients with renal calculi treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy.Method:A total of 100 patients with renal calculi who treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy in our hospital from January 2018 to May 2019 were selected and divided into the control group(routine nursing)and the experimental group(nursing intervention)by random number table method,50 cases in each group.The levels of renal function indexes before and after intervention and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:After intervention,the incidence of complications in the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The levels of urea nitrogen and creatinine in the experimental group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Nursing intervention for patients with renal calculi treated by ureteroscopic holmium laser lithotripsy can significantly improve renal function and reduce complications,which is worth popularizing in clinic.
