基于乡村振兴的水文化建设——以安吉县西苕溪流域为例

摘　　要：基于乡村振兴与水文化建设的关系,将水文化理念引入乡村振兴中。通过分析现状乡村水文化的生存和建设状态,分析水文化在乡村建设中存在的问题,提出适合美丽乡村建设中一些水文化建设思路。通过西苕溪流域为例进行实践乡村水文化建设,因地制宜地将“现代”与“传统”文化进行交流与互融,激活文化,最终实现乡村振兴建设与水文化遗产保护利用的和谐共赢、创新发展的目标。Based on the relationship between rural revitalization and water culture construction,the concept of water culture is introduced into rural revitalization.By analyzing the current situation and construction of rural water culture,the paper analyzes the existing problems of water culture in rural construction,and puts forward some ideas suitable for the construction of beautiful rural areas.Taking Xitiaoxi River Basin as an example,these ideas are implemented by integrating the"modern"and"traditional"cultures according to local conditions,so as to achieve the goal of harmonious,win-win and innovative development of rural revitalization construction and water cultural heritage protection and utilization.
