摘　　要：目的分析昆山市经同性传播高学历人群艾滋病高危行为特征,为制定和完善高校青年学生艾滋病防控政策提供参考和依据。方法通过对目标人群深度访谈,研究经同性传播高学历人群性行为特征及预防艾滋病知晓情况,并进行统计学分析和研究。结果昆山市经同性传播高学历人群普遍存在多性伴。最近6个月,发生同性性行为者占85.29%。约85.30%通过手机交友软件、网站等互联网寻找性伴。访谈对象对于"男男同性无套口交是否会传播艾滋病"知晓率仅39.71%。结论经同性传播高学历人群对于"男男同性无套口交是否会传播艾滋病"知晓率较低,艾滋病高危性行为发生率较高。Objective To analyze the characteristics of high-risk behaviors of HIV infected population with high education level through male and male transmission in Kunshan city,and provide information and evidence to improve AIDS prevention and control for college and university students.Methods Through detailed interviews on the target population,we studied the sexual behavior characteristics and knowledge of HIV prevention on HIV infected population with high education level,and conducted statistical analysis and research.Results Multi-sex partners were common among HIV infected population with high education level through male and male transmission.In the past six months,85.29%of people had male and male sexual behavior.About 85.30%of the respondents looked for sexual partners by mobile dating software,websites,and other Internet sites.Only 39.71%of respondents were aware of the fact that"Men and men oral sex without condoms can spread HIV".Conclusion The knowledge rate on"Men and men oral sex without condoms can spread HIV"is low,while the incidence of high-risk sexual behaviour is high.
