2018年周口市放射诊疗工作人员职业健康监护现状分析

摘　　要：目的了解周口市放射诊疗工作人员职业健康监护现状,为提高健康监护水平提供科学依据。方法统一设计调查表格,应用描述流行病学方法对各县(市、区)放射卫生监督人员上报的调查表格汇总分析。结果 2018年周口市放射诊疗工作人员1 429人,防护知识培训率为89.85%,培训通过率为99.23%;个人剂量监测率为87.26%,人均年有效剂量1.11 mSv,个人剂量建档率为74.82%,乡级和社区个人剂量建档率较低为48.22%(P<0.01);职业健康检查率为88.24%,检查合格率为98.65%,健康监护建档率为87.23%,乡级和社区医疗机构健康监护建档率较低为73.04%(P<0.01)。结论周口市放射诊疗工作人员职业健康监护水平逐步提升。Objective To understand the status of occupational health monitoring of radiological diagnosis and treatment staffs in Zhoukou city,so as to provide scientific support for improving the level of health supervision.Methods The investigation forms were designed uniformly and descriptive epidemiology method was used to analyze the data reported by radiation health supervisors from counties and districts in Zhoukou city.Results There were 1429 radiological diagnosis and treatment staffs in the whole city in 2018.The protection knowledge training rate was 89.85%and the training pass rate was 99.23%;The individual dose monitoring rate was 87.26%,and the average annual effective dose was 1.11 mSv,and the individual dose file rate was 74.82%,among which township health centers and community health service centers filing rate was relatively low at 48.22%(P<0.01).Occupational health examination rate was 88.24%,and qualified rate of examination was 98.65%,the health examination filing rate was 87.23%,among which inputting rate was relatively low at 73.04%in rural hospitals and community health service centers(P<0.01).Conclusion The occupational health monitoring level of radiological diagnosis and treatment of staffs in Zhoukou city have been gradually improved.
