金湖县慢性丝虫病患者关怀照料数据复核资料分析

摘　　要：目的复核金湖县现有慢性丝虫病患者及照料点情况,为进一步做好慢性丝虫病患者关怀照料工作提供数据支持。方法查阅金湖县历年丝虫病防治资料,对在册的所有病例进行入户调查,收集患者基本情况、症状体征及照料点情况,并对数据进行分析。结果金湖县慢性丝虫病患者22例,患病率为0.63/万;女性13例占59.09%,男性9例占40.91%;职业全部为农民;年龄在60岁及以上;单一淋巴水肿/象皮肿11例占50.00%,单一乳糜尿9例占40.91%,同时患有2种及以上症状者2例占9.09%;有6个慢性丝虫病关怀照料点覆盖全县所有病例,已持续开展关怀照料工作17年。结论金湖县慢性丝虫病患者年龄大、病程长、文化程度低;症状体征以淋巴水肿/象皮肿和乳糜尿为主。Objective To recheck the status of chronic filariasis patients and care stations in Jinhu county,so as to provide data support for further improving the care and attention of the patients.Methods Reviewing the filariasis prevention and control data of Jinhu county over the years,all registered cases were investigated at home,the basic situation,symptoms and signs of patients and the situation of care stations were collected,and the data were analyzed.Results There were 22 chronic filariasis patients in Jinhu county,with the prevalence of 0.63/10^4,including 13 female cases(59.09%)and 9 male cases(40.91%);all cases were farmers aged 60 years old and above;11 cases(50.00%)only had lymphedema/elephantiasis,9 cases(40.91%)only had chyluria,and 2 cases(9.09%)both had the 2 symptoms;there were 6 care stations of chronic filariasis covered all cases in Jinhu county,and the care work had been carried out for 17 years.Conclusion The patients with chronic filariasis in Jinhu county are older,have a long course of disease and have a low education level.Symptoms and signs are mainly lymphedema/elephantiasis and chyluria.
