摘　　要：目的了解我市报告一例输入性黑热病病例的基本情况,为黑热病防治工作积攒经验。方法采用《山东省黑热病个案调查表》对患者及其家属进行问卷调查,同时获取医院相关病例资料。结果该患者于2003~2016年长期在新疆工作、居住,长期不规则发热、盗汗、体重下降,脾大,经骨髓穿刺检查见利什曼原虫。结论患者符合黑热病诊断标准,结合流行病学史确诊为输入性病例。Objective To understand the basic situation of an imported kala-azar case in Liaocheng city,so as to accumulate experience for the prevention and treatment work.Methods Using the Investigation Form of Kala-azar Case in Shandong Province to investigate the patients and the family members,meanwhile,relevant medical records of cases from the hospital were obtained.Results The patient lived and worked in Xinjiang province from 2003 to 2016 whose symptoms were long-term irregular fever,night sweat,weight loss and splenomegaly.Leishmania was found by bone marrow puncture.Conclusion The patient meets the diagnostic criteria for kala-azar.Combined with epidemiological history,it is confirmed as an imported case.
