生活饮用水中多种挥发性有机物的检测方法与应用

摘　　要：目的建立饮用水中10种挥发性有机物准确、快速测定的方法,并对水源水、出厂水和末梢水进行检测。方法采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱/质谱法进行检测,对线性关系、检出限、精密度和回收率等因素进行考察。结果 10种挥发性有机物在一定浓度范围内线性关系良好,相对标准偏差为2.1%~7.0%,回收率为82.2%~103.6%。在检测的出厂水中三氯甲烷、四氯化碳、一氯二溴甲烷和一溴二氯甲烷均有检出。结论采用本方法可以准确、快速地测定水中挥发性有机物,对大连某区饮用水进行检测,各有机物含量均符合国家标准限值,水质情况较好。Objective To establish a method for accurate and rapid determination of 10 kinds of volatile organic compounds(VOCs)and detect them in water source,out-factory water and tip water.Methods Purge and trap-gas chromatography/mass spectrometry was employed to detect and the drinking water and explore the influencing factors including linear relationship,lowest detection limit,precision and recovery.Results The curves of 10 kinds of VOCs showed good linear relationship in a certain range.The relative standard deviations were 2.1%-7.0%.The recovery rates were 82.2%-103.6%.The trichloromethane,tetrachloromethane,dibromochloromethane and dichlorobromomethane were dectected in the out-factory water samples.Conclusion This method can accurately determine VOCs in drinking water.The test results of drinking water in a district of Dalian show that the content of organic matter is in line with the national standards and the water quality is good.
