摘 要:提出1种新型的基于零折射率超材料(Z IM)的高增益八木天线。本文对传统八木天线的引向器进行改进,天线不再采用传统的呈现电感性的金属导带,而是采用具有波束汇聚作用的零折射率超材料作为天线的引向器进行设计。零折射率超材料的单元结构为工字形设计,以3×3的排列方式置于天线的端射方向。仿真与测试结果表明,天线在谐振频率处的增益达到了6.36 dBi,较未加栽超材料增益提高了1.5 dBi左右。This paper describes a novel high gain Yagi-uda antenna based on the zero refractive index metamaterial(ZIM).For traditional Yagi-uda antenna,the metal strip was commonly designated as the director,which is inductive at the resonant frequency.In this paper,a 3×3 array of H shaped unit cells are placed in vivinity of the radiatior as the newly designed directior.The unit cells exhibit a zero refractive index at the resonant frequency of the antenna,which helps tofocus the radiation pattern toward the broadside direction.The HFSS simulation result shows that the antenna gain reaches as high as 6 dBi,which is increased by 2dBi compared with the conventional antenna.The measured results show good consistence with the simulated ones.
