优思明促进人工流产术后子宫内膜增长及月经转归的临床观察

摘　　要：目的 观察优思明促进人工流产术后子宫内膜增长及月经转归的临床疗效。方法 选取2017年1月~2018年6月我院接受治疗的人工流产术患者280例作为研究对象,将所有患者采取随机选取方式进行分组,共分成观察组和对照组各有140例患者,两组患者术后均常规口服抗生素预防感染及五加生化胶囊促进子宫恢复。观察组在术后当天即口服优思明进行治疗,对照组术后不服用性激素类药物进行治疗。结果 治疗后两组对比发现,观察组患者阴道出血天数及首次月经转归时间均短于对照组,观察组子宫内膜恢复优于对照组,观察组术后并发症发生率较低,两组之间数据比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 对人工流产患者在术后立即口服优思明治疗干预,可有助于缩短术后阴道出血时间及月经转归时间,促进患者子宫内膜恢复。Objective To investigate the efficacy of Yasmin in promoting endomretrial growth and menstrual outcomes after artificial abortion.Methods 280 patients with selective artificial abortion admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to June 2018 were selected as the research objects.The 280 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,140 in each group.The patients in the 2 groups received routine oral administration of antibiotics to prevent infection and oral administration of Wujia biochemical capsule to promote uterine recovery after operation.The patients in the observation group began to oral Yasmin on the day after operation,while the patients in the control group did not take hormone.Results The time of vaginal bleeding and menstruation recovery was shorter in observation group than that in control group (P<0.05).The endometrial thickness on the 14 day after operation was more in observationgroup than that in control group(P<0.05).after The complications of artificial abortion is lower in observation group than that in control group.Conclusion Immediate periodic administration of Yasmin after induced abortion can shorten the time of vaginal bleeding and menstruation recovery,promote the repair of endometrial.
