医院-社区-家庭三元联动模式在初治肺结核患者健康教育中的应用研究

摘　　要：目的探讨医院-社区-家庭三元联动模式在初治肺结核患者健康教育中的应用研究。方法选取我院2018年01月~2019年04月收治的200例初治结核病患者作为研究对象,根据收治顺序先后分为对照组和观察组各100例。对照组实施传统结核病健康宣教模式,观察组运行医院-社区-家庭三元联动模式进行健康教育。在干预前、干预实施6个月,对比两组患者教育前后的结核病知识知晓率、治愈率、依从性及生活质量评价。结果干预前,两组疾病认知率和生活质量比较无明显差异(P>0.05);干预6个月,两组患者痰涂片及痰培养转阴率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组患者结核病知识知晓率和规则服药率、按时复查率、CT显效率等依从性明显高于对照组,观察组生活质量各维度评分和总分均明显优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过医院-社区-家庭三元联动模式对初治肺结核患者进行的健康教育,患者对疾病知晓率明显提升,治疗依从性和治愈率明显提高,健康促进效果显著。Objective To investigate the application of the hospital-community-family ternary linkage model in the health education of patients with tuberculosis.Methods Two hundred patients with newly treated tuberculosis treated in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to the order of treatment,they were divided into control group and observation group 100 cases each.The control group implemented the traditional TB health education model,and the observation group operated a hospital-community-family ternary linkage model for health education.Before the intervention and the implementation of the intervention for 6 months,the TB knowledge awareness rate,cure rate,compliance and quality of life evaluation were compared between the two groups of patients before and after education.Results Before the intervention,there was no significant difference in the disease awareness rate and quality of life between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 months of intervention,the sputum smear and sputum culture negative rate of the two groups were not statistically signi ficant(P>0.05);The compliance rate of tuberculosis knowledge awareness rate,regular medication rate,on-time review rate,and CT significant efficiency in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The scores and total scores of the quality of life in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The health education for newly treated patients with tuberculosis through the hospital-community-family ternary linkage model has signi ficantly improved the patient's awareness of the disease,significantly improved the compliance and cure rate,and has a significant health promotion effect.
