正清风痛宁片联合甲氨蝶呤与非甾体类抗炎药治疗类风湿性关节炎临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察类风湿性关节炎患者接受正清风痛宁片联合甲氨蝶呤与非甾体类抗炎药治疗后的临床治疗效果。方法 研究对象为2016年3月~2019年3月在我院治疗的类风湿性关节炎患者95例,通过随机数字表法将其随机分为常规用药、联合用药两组,常规用药组患者48例,联合用药组患者47例。常规用药组患者采用甲氨蝶呤与非甾体类抗炎药给药的方式进行治疗;联合用药组在常规用药组的基础上,联合正清风痛宁片进行配合治疗。检查常规用药、联合用药两组患者的不良反应出现概率及治疗效果。结果 治疗后联合用药组患者的不良反应出现概率(4.25%)显著低于常规用药组患者的不良反应出现概率(16.66%);联合用药组患者的治疗效果(97.87%)显著高于常规用药组患者的治疗效果(85.41%),组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 类风湿性关节炎患者接受正清风痛宁片联合甲氨蝶呤与非甾体类抗炎药治疗后,患者的不良反应出现概率较低,提升了患者的治疗效果,对患者的临床症状改善及身体康复有极大的帮助,推荐使用。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Zhengqingfengtongning tablets combined with methotrexate and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs on patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods 95 patients with rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in our hospital from March 2016 to March 2019 were randomly divided into two groups: routine drug group and combination drug group,48 patients in the routine drug group and 47 patients in the combination drug group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with methotrexate and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs;the patients in the combined group were treated with Zhengqingfengtongning tablet on the basis of the conventional group. The occurrence probability and treatment effect of adverse reactions in the two groups were examined.Results After treatment,the incidence of adverse reactions in the combination group (4.25%) was signi ficantly lower than that in the conventional group (16.66%);the treatment effect in the combination group (97.87%) was signi ficantly higher than that in the conventional group (85.41%).The difference between the groups was statistically signi ficant (P<0.05).Conclusion After the rheumatoid arthritis patients receive the treatment of Zhengqingfengtongning tablet combined with methotrexate and non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, the occurrence probability of adverse reactions is low, which improves the treatment effect of the patients and greatly helps the improvement of clinical symptoms and physical rehabilitation of the patients. It is recommended to use.
