摘  要:交流发电机组采用发动机与主发电机同轴连接提供动力。本钢集团矿业有限公司南芬露天矿一台交流发电机组近期出现发动机瓦片失效,同时存在机组在怠速时振动明显,随着发动机转速的增高,振动逐渐减弱现象。本文对机组分解检查,分别测量了发动机与主发电机的轴向间隙及轴孔径等,排除了机组部件本身故障和安装故障。分析了故障原因是由于主发电机定子三相磁场不均衡,转子轴上感应出轴电压,并通过主发电机轴承与发动机主轴瓦形成轴电流闭合回路,影响了发动机主轴轴瓦配合间隙,引起轴瓦磨损和发动机振动。并采取了降低轴电流产生的防护措施,使机组明显运行平稳,降低磨损。AC generator unit set provides power by a coaxial connection between engine and main generator.One AC generator unit set in Nanfen open pit mine of Bengang has been in defect of engine tile recently.At the same time,the set vibrates obviously when the engine is idling.The vibration became weaker along with the increase of the engine speed.In the paper,theset is assembled and inspected.By measuring the axial clearance and shaft bore diameter between engine and main generator,the failures of unit components and installation are eliminated.The root of the default.The causes to troubles is confirmed to be the unbalanced three-phase magnetic field of main generator stator and there is shaft voltage induced on the rotor shaft.And the shaft current closed circuit is formed through the main generator bearing and engine main bearing,which leads to bearing wear and engine vibration.Then,the set could run steadily and reduce wear with such prevention as reducing the production of shaft current.so as to prevent from the repeat occurrence of the default.
