安徽省农村人力资本投资对农民收入的影响

摘　　要：运用安徽省1996—2018年时间序列数据,通过建立VECM模型考察安徽省农村健康人力、教育教育人力及迁移人力资本投资对农村居民收入的长短期作用。结论显示:安徽省农村人力资本投资与农民收入之间存在长期均衡关系,其中教育和健康人力资本投资与农民收入之间存在正向影响;迁移人力资本投资由于城乡壁垒等因素对农民增收产生负向作用;健康人力资本投资对农民收入增加作用最强,且较为稳定,教育人力资本投资对收入增加的影响具有滞后性,贡献率次之,迁移人力资本投资对收入增加解释能力不足,影响作用最小。Using time series data from 1996 to 2018 of Anhui province,the paper investigates the long-term and short-term effects of health human capital investment,education human capital investment and migration human capital investment on rural residents’income in Anhui province by establishing the VECM model.The results show that there is a long-term equilibrium relationship between rural education human capital investment and farmers’income.Among them,there are positive effects between education capital investment,health human capital investment and income,and migration human capital investment has negative effects on farmers’income increase due to urban and rural barriers and other factors.Health human capital investment has the strongest and stable effect on the increase of farmers’income;human capital investment in education has a lagging effect on the increase of income and has a followed contribution rate;migration of human capital investment underexplains income growth and has less impact.
