摘 要:针对我司某型号冰箱将主控板变频板置于机械室内温升较大需反复改模实验的现象,拟使用计算流体力学方法在设计前端进行仿真优化,但冰箱所处环境随季节及地域变化性较大,且机械室内压缩机等部件边界条件变化较大,故通过红外成像仪对模拟参数及边界条件进行多参数动态修正,最终可实现计算误差低于5%,可直观显示机械室内温度分布,大大减少了实验时间及成本投入,消除了设计时间及材料的浪费现象。In view of the phenomenon that the main control board and frequency converter board is placed in the mechanical room of a certain type of refrigerator in our company,which needs repeated modification experiments,the computational fluid dynamics method is used to simulate and optimize the design at the front-end.However,the environment of the refrigerator varies greatly with seasons and regions,and the boundary conditions of the compressor and other components in the mechanical room change greatly.Therefore,the simulation parameters and boundary conditions are dynamically rectified by infrared imager,which can realize the calculation error less than 5%.The temperature distribution in the mechanical room can be visually displayed,which greatly reduces the experimental time and cost,and eliminates the waste of design time and materials.
