摘　　要：在介绍《电器电子产品有害物质限制使用管理办法》法规出台背景的基础上,讲解了法规的管理模式、管控产品范围、达标管理目录、配套的合格评定制度、标识及公共服务平台的主要内容和要求,分析了对企业和行业的影响,为企业理解《电器电子产品有害物质限制使用管理办法》法规的具体要求并贯彻实施提供借鉴参考。On the basis of introducing the background of“Rules on the restriction of hazardous substances in electrical appliances and electronic products”,this paper explains the main contents and requirements of the management mode,product range,standard achieving management catalogue,supporting conformity assessment system,label and public service platform of the regulation,and analyzes the impact on enterprises and industries,which provides reference for enterprises to understand and implement the specific requirements of the regulation.
