RPH、PPH联合改良外剥内扎术治疗老年性混合痔的效果对比

摘　　要：目的:探讨自动套扎术(RPH)、吻合器痔上黏膜环形切除术(PPH)联合改良内扎术治疗老年性混合痔的临床治疗效果差异。方法:抽选2016年1月-2018年12月笔者所在医院收治的100例老年性混合痔患者,随机分为两组。甲组(n=50)行PPH术+改良外剥内扎术治疗,乙组(n=50)行RPH术+改良外剥内扎术治疗。评价及对比两组的疗效、围术期指标。结果:两组的总有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);甲组的围术期指标均优于乙组(P<0.05)。结论:PPH术、RPH术联合改良外剥内扎术治疗老年性混合痔的疗效相当,但PPH联合改良外剥内扎术的手术时长较短,出血量少,利于促进术后恢复。Objective:To explore the difference of the clinical effect of automatic ligation(RPH),PPH combined with modified internal ligation in the treatment of senile mixed hemorrhoids.Method:One hundred patients with senile mixed hemorrhoids admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were randomly divided into two groups.Group A(n=50)underwent PPH plus modified external stripping and internal ligation.Group B(n=50)underwent RPH plus modified external stripping and internal ligation.Evaluated and compared the efficacy and perioperative indicators of the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of the two groups was not significantly different(P>0.05).The perioperative index of group A was better than that of group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:PPH,RPH combined with modified external stripping and internal ligation for the treatment of senile mixed hemorrhoids are equivalent,but the duration of operation of PPH combined with modified external stripping and internal ligation is shorter,reducing the amount of bleeding,which is conducive to postoperative recovery.
