摘　　要：目的:分析研究基于不同取材部位提高纤维支气管镜下灌洗液培养阳性率的临床效果。方法:选取笔者所在医院2018年2月-2019年2月收治的80例肺炎患者作为此次研究对象,以电脑随机方法分为对照组和试验组,每组40例。对照组仅留取一侧支气管(患侧)灌洗液做致病菌培养,试验组需留取气管、双侧支气管等不同部位的灌洗液分别做致病菌培养。比较两组痰培养阳性率。结果:试验组痰培养阳性率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床采用留取气管、双侧支气管等不同部位的灌洗液分别做致病菌培养的方式对肺炎患者进行痰培养可以提高痰培养的阳性率,为后续的治疗和用药提供指导,在临床中对肺炎的诊断和治疗中具有推广价值。Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of increasing the positive rate of lavage fluid culture under fiberoptic bronchoscope based on different sampling sites.Method:A total of 80 patients with pneumonia from February 2018 to February 2019 were selected as the study subjects.They were divided into two groups by computer random method,the namely control group and the experimental group.The control group only retained one bronchial lavage fluid for pathogenic bacteria culture,while the experimental group needed to retain the lavage fluid for pathogenic bacteria culture in different parts of trachea,bilateral bronchi and so on.The positive rate of sputum culture was compared between the two groups.Result:The positive rate of sputum culture in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The sputum culture of pneumonia patients with different parts of bronchus and trachea can increase the positive rate of sputum culture.It is helpful for the diagnosis and follow-up treatment of pneumonia patients,so as to improve the ability of detecting pathogenic bacteria,identify pathogenic bacteria and their drug sensitivity,and guide the use of antibiotics and improve the curative effect.In clinical diagnosis and treatment of pneumonia has the value of promotion.
