摘　　要：目的:研究直肠癌Miles术患者应用造口循证护理对造口适应性的临床价值。方法:于2016年11月-2018年12月在笔者所在医院进行Miles手术的直肠癌患者中选取40例作为本次研究对象,随机分为对照组(n=20)和观察组(n=20),前者采用常规护理方案,后者采用造口循证护理方案,对两组造口适应能力、患者满意度、造口性皮炎发生情况和患者生活质量进行评价。结果:观察组术后3个月造口适应能力评分、生活质量评分及治疗满意度均高于对照组,造口性皮炎发生率(10.00%)低于对照组(40.00%),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:造口循证护理能够提高直肠癌患者Miles术后的造口适应性,改善患者生活质量并降低造口性皮炎发生率,临床应用价值高。Objective:To study the clinical value of evidence-based nursing of stoma in patients with Miles operation of rectal cancer.Method:From November 2016 to December 2018,40 rectal cancer patients undergoing Miles operation in our hospital were selected,and randomly divided into the control group(n=20)and the observation group(n=20).The control group adopted routine nursing,the observation group adopted evidence-based nursing.The adaptation ability,satisfaction degree,occurrence of stomatitis and quality of life of the patients were evaluated.Result:The scores of ostomy adaptability score,quality of life score and treatment satisfaction were higher in the observation group than in the control group at 3 months after operation,and the incidence of ostomy dermatitis(10.00%)was lower than that in the control group(40.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing can improve the ostomy adaptability,improve the quality of life and reduce the incidence of ostomy dermatitis in patients with rectal cancer,and the clinical application value is high.
