微创经皮肾穿刺取石术治疗肾结石的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究在肾结石的临床治疗中微创经皮肾穿刺取石术的临床治疗效果。方法:随机抽取笔者所在医院泌尿科在2018年1月-2019年7月收治的23名患有肾结石疾病的患者作为本次研究的一号组,随机选取同时期的另外22名患有肾结石疾病的患者作为本次研究的二号组。一号组给予传统常规开放式手术进行治疗,二号组给予微创经皮肾穿刺取石术进行治疗,比较两组患者的治疗疗效差异以及并发症发生率。结果:一号组患者总治疗有效率为73.91%,二号组患者总治疗有效率为95.45%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);一号组患者并发症发生率为30.43%,二号组患者并发症发生率为4.55%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在肾结石的临床治疗中,微创经皮肾穿刺取石术具有疗效好,并发症少,安全高等优点,治疗价值显著,有利于患者早日康复,值得大力推广。Objective:To investigate the clinical value of minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy in the clinical treatment of renal calculi.Method:Twenty-three patients with renal calculus who were admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to July 2019 were randomly selected as the first group in this study.The other 22 patients with kidney stones randomly selected at the same time were included in the second group of this study.The first group was treated with conventional routine open surgery,and the second group was treated with minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy.The difference in treatment efficacy and the incidence of complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate of patients in the first group was 73.91%,the effective rate of treatment of patients in the second group was 95.45%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).The complication rate in group 1 was 30.43%,the complication rate in the group was 4.55%,the difference was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the clinical treatment of kidney stones,minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotomy has the advantages of good curative effect,less complications and high safety.The therapeutic value is significant,which is conducive to the early recovery of patients and worthy of promotion.
