磺胺嘧啶银联合拜尔坦泡沫敷料对引流管口愈合的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探讨磺胺嘧啶银联合拜尔坦泡沫敷料对引流管口愈合的效果观察。方法:选择笔者所在医院胃肠外科拔除腹腔引流管的患者100例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各50例,对照组50例患者拔除腹腔引流管后给予常规凡士林+敷料覆盖管口。治疗组50例患者拔除腹腔引流管后给予应用磺胺嘧啶银乳膏联合泡沫敷料。比较两组治疗效果与临床指标。结果:经过48 h治疗,治疗组的疼痛率、伤口感染率、伤口恢复时间、换药次数分别为6%、4%、(24.41±2.49)h、(3.17±1.22)次,均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:应用磺胺嘧啶银联合拜尔坦泡沫敷料可有效控制引流管口创面,促进创面肉芽组织生长,缩短治疗时间,减轻患者身心痛苦,且操作简单,护理方便,值得临床推广使用。Objective:To observe the effect of Silver Sulfadiazine combined with Beteltan Foam Dressing on the healing of drainage nozzle.Method:A total of 100 patients with abdominal drainage tube were enrolled in our hospital.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,50 cases of each.50 patients in the control group were given conventional Vaseline+dressing cover tube after removal of abdominal drainage tube.In the experimental group,50 patients were treated with Sulfadiazine Silver Cream combined with Foam Dressing after removal of the abdominal drainage tube.The therapeutic effects and clinical indicators of the two groups were compared.Result:After 48 h of treatment,the pain rate,wound infection rate and wound recovery time of the treatment group were 6%,4%,(24.41±2.49)h,(3.17±1.22)times,lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Silver Sulfadiazine combined with Betatan Foam Dressing can effectively control the wound surface of the drainage tube,promote the growth of wound granulation tissue,shorten the treatment time,reduce the physical and mental pain of patients,and it is easy to operate and convenient to care.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
