全方位护理对改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术盆底功能的影响

摘　　要：目的:分析全方位护理对改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术盆底功能的影响.方法:随机抽取2019年1-7月在笔者所在医院实施改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术100例女性.随机分组,常规组用常规护理,全方位组用全方位护理模式.比较两组改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术操作时间、手术血流失量、下床活动时间、住院总时间、满意度、护理前后盆底障碍影响简易问卷PFIQ-7及性生活质量问卷PISQ-12评分.结果:全方位组满意度高于常规组,盆底障碍影响简易问卷PFIQ-7评分低于常规组,性生活质量问卷PISQ-12评分高于常规组,改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术操作时间短于常规组,手术血流失量少于常规组,下床活动时间早于常规组,住院总时间短于常规组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:改良腹腔镜筋膜内子宫切除术实施全方位护理模式效果确切,可更好恢复盆底肌力,改善患者盆底功能和性生活质量,且可缩短手术时间和康复时间.Objective:To analyze the effect of omni-directional nursing on pelvic floor function of modified laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy.Method:A total of 100 women who underwent modified laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy in our hospital from January to July 2019 were randomly selected.The patients were randomly divided into routine group(nursing routine)and omni-directional group(omni-directional nursing mode).The operation time,operative blood loss,time of getting out of bed,total time of hospitalization,satisfaction degree,PFIQ-7 questionnaire and PISQ-12 score of quality of sexual life questionnaire before and after nursing were compared between the two groups.Result:The satisfaction degree of the omni-directional group was higher than that of the routine group,the PFIQ-7 score of the simple questionnaire of pelvic floor disorder was lower than that of the routine group,the PISQ-12 score of the quality of sexual life questionnaire was higher than that of the routine group,the operation time of modified laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy was shorter than that of the routine group,the blood loss of the operation was less than that of the routine group,the time of getting out of bed was earlier than that of the routine group,and the total hospital stay was shorter than that of the routine group.Conclusion:the omni-directional nursing model of modified laparoscopic intrafascial hysterectomy is effective,which can better restore pelvic floor muscle strength,improve pelvic floor function and quality of sexual life,and shorten operation time and rehabilitation time.
