快速康复外科理念在食管癌围术期护理中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科理念在食管癌围术期护理中的应用效果.方法:选择2017年8月-2018年8月笔者所在医院收治的食管癌患者100例.根据奇偶数法将其随机分为试验组(n=50)及对照组(n=50).对照组给予围术期常规护理,试验组给予快速康复外科护理.比较两组术后恢复情况、焦虑评分、抑郁评分、并发症发生情况.结果:试验组术后排气时间、胃管拔管时间、进食时间、住院时间均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).干预后试验组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:将快速康复外科理念应用到食管癌患者的围术期护理中,可缩短排气、胃管拔管、进食及住院时间,减少并发症.Objective:To explore the effect of the rapid rehabilitation surgery concept in perioperative nursing of esophageal cancer.Method:A total of 100 patients with esophageal cancer were admitted in our hospital from August 2017 to August 2018 were selected.According to odd even number method,they were randomly divided into the experimental group(n=50)and the control group(n=50).The control group was given routine nursing during perioperative period,and the experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing.Postoperative recovery,anxiety score,depression score and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The postoperative exhaust time,gastric tube extubation time,eating time and hospitalization time of the experimental group were all better than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,anxiety and depression scores in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Applying the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery to the perioperative nursing of patients with esophageal cancer can shorten the exhaust,gastric tube extubation,eating and hospitalization time,and reduce the complications.
