摘 要:目的:探讨运用同质化管理模式在降低全院病房噪音的应用效果.方法:开展以降低病房噪音为主题的同质化管理活动,通过现状调查、原因分析、制定对策、实施等一系列的PDCA活动,对比观察全院病房实施降低噪音的同质化管理后患者对噪音主观不良评价与患者满意度两项内容.结果:全院病房实施降低噪音的同质化管理后患者对噪音主观不良评价较改善前数据值降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),改善后患者对病房安静程度满意度高于改善前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:同质化管理模式构建后能有效地降低病房的噪音.Objective: To discuss the application effect of homogeneous management mode in reducing the noise of the whole hospital ward. Method: Homogeneous management activities with the theme of reducing ward noise was carried out. Through a series of PDCA activities such as current situation investigation, cause analysis, countermeasure development, and implementation, etc., the subjective noise of patients after the implementation of homogeneous management of noise reduction in the hospital ward bad evaluation and patient satisfaction were observed. Result: After the implementation of homogeneous management of noise reduction in the whole hospital ward, patients’ subjective bad evaluation of noise were lower than those before the improvement, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After improvement, patients’ satisfaction degree for ward quiet was higher than that before the improvement, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion: The construction of homogeneous management mode can effectively reduce the noise of the ward.
