关于装配式住宅内机电管线集成化设计的一点思考

摘　　要：机电专业(给排水、暖通、电气)的各种管线是建筑物赖以生存运转的重要组成,如何让这些错综复杂的管线能够更便捷、更美观的融入到装配式住宅的设计当中,是广大机电设计师一直研究和探索的终极目标。本文特从装配式建筑标准化、模块化的角度,冠以管线设计集成化的概念,提出了只有研发采用合理的内装部品、继而在其内将各种设备管线进行集中排布、真正解决装配式住宅中管线交叉走位的创新性设计思维,仅供广大工作者参考。Various pipelines of mechanical and electrical specialty(water supply and drainage,heating and ventilation,electrical)are important components of the survival and operation of buildings.How to make these complex pipelines more convenient and more beautiful into the design of prefabricated houses is the ultimate goal that the majority of mechanical and electrical designers have been studying and exploring.In this paper,from the perspective of standardization and modularization of prefabricated buildings,with the concept of integrated pipeline design,the innovative design thinking that only reasonable internal components are adopted in R&D,and then various equipment pipelines are arranged in them in a centralized way to truly solve the cross walk of pipelines in prefabricated houses is put forward,which is only for the reference of workers.
